Delphine

Delphine Messiaen offers holistic support for health, pregnancy, birth, parenting and wellbeing, drawing on more than 20 years of experience as a midwife. Based in Soyaux, France, she helps individuals and couples navigate significant life transitions with greater confidence, self-awareness and care. Her guidance covers pregnancy and birth preparation, including situations where a pregnancy or birth plan has changed, as well as postpartum adjustment and the challenges of parenting. She also supports people exploring fertility, pregnancy choices, difficult pregnancy experiences, puberty, menopause and a more grounded relationship with their bodies.

A further focus of her work is environmental health. Delphine helps people make everyday home environments healthier and reduce exposure to pollutants, and offers workshops such as Ma Maison Ma Santé and Nesting.
