Stowarzyszenie Życia w Trzeźwości – Klub Abstynenta “Delta” is a community organisation based in Szczecin, Poland, supporting people affected by alcohol dependence and harmful drinking. Active since 1997, the club offers a welcoming place for individuals seeking help to understand their situation, pursue recovery and build a life in sobriety. Its support also extends to relatives, friends and others affected by a loved one’s drinking, helping them understand addiction, reduce isolation and find ways to cope.

Delta’s activities include therapeutic group workshops, social gatherings, family events and integration trips. Through mutual support and shared experience, members develop skills for everyday challenges and a healthier lifestyle without alcohol. The organisation is open to people facing difficulties or interested in its work, and it collaborates with the City of Szczecin, which provides financial support.
