de MamaCoach

De MamaCoach is a maternal wellbeing studio founded by Elzelien van Zwienen, created to support women during pregnancy and after giving birth. Formerly based in Berkel en Rodenrijs, the studio brought together several practitioners to offer expectant and new mothers a welcoming, supportive place to relax, prepare for birth and grow through this life stage. Following Elzelien’s move to Noordwijk, a new location is being planned; the website notes that services will be available again there in due course.

Offerings include group and private birth preparation, online birth-preparation videos, pregnancy massage, prenatal yoga and ZwangerFit® exercise. For mothers after birth, services include postpartum massage, baby massage and Restore Your Core. The studio’s programs include offerings from Yvlo-ZwangerFit® and Babymassage Nederland. De MamaCoach emphasizes knowledgeable, caring guidance, including exercise adapted to pregnancy. Its website also introduces the team, shares information about Elzelien’s background and training, and invites visitors to explore practical details, customer experiences and newsletter updates.
