Muziek op Schoot is gearing up for the winter season! Starting on Wednesday, November 29th, teacher Nadja Spooren will be launching a new series of classes that will focus on the wonders of winter. As the weather gets colder and the days grow shorter, music has the power to create a cozy atmosphere. This series will begin with a festive touch, featuring songs about Saint Nicholas and Christmas.

We will also explore the sounds of winter landscapes, from the soft whispers of snowy landscapes to the lively energy of children ice skating. Muziek op Schoot offers music lessons for parents and their little ones, aged approximately 4 months to 3 years. Through play, children learn valuable skills such as listening, waiting, responding, moving, and imagining.

Each child is encouraged to experience and express themselves in their own unique way. Our classes feature a delightful mix of familiar and new songs, and the use of different instruments is an integral part of our lessons. From sticks and colorful scarves to resonant bars, we aim to create an engaging and interactive experience for every participant.

The lessons will follow the theme of the seasons, with each series offering a new musical focus. Every week, parents will receive the lyrics and sheet music of the songs we sing, allowing them to continue the musical experience at home. The winter series consists of 8 sessions, and participation costs €80.
