About Des. en Democracia
Desarrollo en Democracia | Asunción is a non-profit institution established on March 11, 2004, by a group of 68 founding members. Their goal is to contribute to the design and implementation of strategies that accelerate national growth and development while strengthening democracy in the country. Recognizing that modern democracy requires citizen participation, Desarrollo en Democracia offers various programs to engage and empower individuals.
These programs include the DENDE Leadership Program, the University Leadership Program, Perspectives DENDE, Public Square, and the Public Spending Observatory. Through their initiatives, they aim to foster a democratic society where every citizen is aware of their potential to create positive change.
