DeniRaw creates handcrafted raw vegan desserts in Kroměříž and the surrounding area, with a focus on naturally gluten-free cakes made from nuts and fruit. Founded by Denisa Mikulová, the brand offers unbaked treats designed to be rich and satisfying, while avoiding eggs, dairy and animal products. Nut-based creams, most often made with cashews, are set using organic Ecuadorian cocoa butter or organic coconut oil. Sweetness comes mainly from dates, organic rice syrup or organic coconut sugar, and the desserts are prepared with quality ingredients and individual care.

DeniRaw’s range includes raw cakes and mini cakes in a broad selection of flavours. Regular options include chocolate, hazelnut chocolate, chocolate-banana, pistachio, almond, white chocolate, vanilla, coconut, mango, pineapple, forest fruits, raspberry, Snickers, caramel, lime and lemon. Denisa has completed raw-dessert courses in the Czech Republic and Rome, then developed her own recipes and methods. Each cake is described as an original, made to bring enjoyment while offering a plant-based alternative for people avoiding gluten, dairy or eggs.
