Denise kindercoaching

Denise Kindercoaching is an independent child coaching practice based in The Hague, founded by Denise Okcuoglu-Ignatius, an experienced child coach and primary-school social worker. The practice supports children’s social and emotional development through tailored guidance for concerns such as fear of failure, anxiety, confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, behaviour and social skills. Coaching is offered individually or, on request, in small groups of up to three children, allowing for personal attention and a supportive setting.

Services for families include a six-session individual coaching programme, a home-use toolbox for tension and fear of failure, and support relating to relationships and parenting. Denise also works with primary schools, providing individual pupil coaching, classroom observation, consultation, parent conversations and collaboration with teachers, school support staff and external professionals. Her services can be adapted to a school’s needs and may include interim social work support.

Denise is registered with the Dutch SKJ quality register. Initial telephone contact and intake are free and non-binding; private coaching does not require a GP referral and is not routinely covered by health insurance
