Den lille Begravelsesbutik

Den lille Begravelsesbutik is an independent funeral service in Roskilde, led by funeral director Malene Tappert. It helps families arrange personal farewells in Roskilde and the surrounding area, including traditional funerals, cremations and civil ceremonies. The service is built around attentive, honest guidance and time for families to discuss their wishes, make decisions and remember the person who has died.

Malene can manage the entire process or support families who wish to handle some arrangements themselves. Services include discussing ceremony plans, taking care of practical and legal matters, reporting the death to the relevant authorities, applying for funeral assistance and coordinating with agreed venues and people. She can also take a more or less active role in the farewell ceremony, according to the family’s preferences.

The business provides clear price estimates before families decide whether to proceed, and offers advice on options that suit different budgets. Support continues after the ceremony, with guidance available if questions arise.
