About Dentalfitness
DentalFitness is the owner-operated dental practice of Dr. med. dent.
Benedikt Meyer, located in central Chur, Switzerland. For more than 20 years, the practice has focused on gentle, considerate care in a modern, relaxed setting, with treatments tailored to each patient. Its services include prevention and individualized prophylaxis, aesthetic dentistry, tooth-coloured fillings, periodontal care, root canal treatment, crowns and bridges, partial and complete dentures, implants, and dental care for children.
The practice also offers CEREC technology, which enables ceramic fillings and crowns to be produced in the practice during a single visit. DentalFitness emphasizes dental health over a lifetime and provides coaching and practical guidance on oral hygiene, nutrition, and related wellness topics. Its services are organized to address the needs of individuals, families, women, men, and older adults.
Beyond dental care, DentalFitness 4 You offers preventive wellness services, including oxygen treatments, Bemer physical vascular therapy, relaxation training, smoking cessation support, and Aloe Vera products; these are available to non-patients as well
