De Overgang en Dan is a menopause support practice founded by Gertruda Ouwehand, helping women navigate menopause with greater understanding, confidence, and control. Based in Oud-Beijerland, it serves women in the Rotterdam Rijnmond and Hoeksche Waard regions, with individual support available in person or online. The practice offers tailored one-to-one guidance shaped around each woman’s symptoms and goals, including a three- or six-month programme and a Balance Conversation. Advice focuses on practical approaches to lifestyle, nutrition, and mental wellbeing to help women manage menopause-related challenges and support their vitality and concentration.

For women who value shared experience, Master Your Menopause is a group programme where participants can discuss their experiences and explore practical ways forward together. De Overgang en Dan also works with employers, managers, and female employees to encourage greater understanding of menopause in the workplace and foster a supportive working environment. Through personal guidance, group support, and workplace services, the practice aims to help women recognise menopause-related changes and approach this stage of life with informed, practical support.
