Depozitum-bastet

Depozitum Bastet z.s. is a cat rescue organization based in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, dedicated to helping cats in need. The shelter provides care for cats with health problems, supports their recovery, and seeks loving new homes for them once they are well. Its website introduces cats currently available for adoption, shares stories of animals who have found homes, and remembers those who have passed away. Visitors can also learn what to do if they find a cat and explore options for virtual adoption.

The organization relies on community support to provide food and other necessities. People can contribute through donations, charity campaigns, online shopping initiatives, and projects such as Click and Feed, which helps provide cat food at no cost to participants. Depozitum Bastet also promotes gift vouchers as a way to support its work. The shelter acknowledges partners including Zvěrokruh, Ambuvet Veterinary Clinic in Mnichovice, and animal-protection organizations. Through rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and public participation, Depozitum Bastet works to improve the lives of cats awaiting care and a permanent home.
