Der Sternenhof

Sternenhof is an event venue in Großkarlbach, in Germany’s Palatinate region, set within a carefully restored, 300-year-old former winery. Its Mediterranean, Tuscan-inspired character combines historic sandstone buildings, shaded arcades and courtyards with lush plants, creating a distinctive setting for celebrations and gatherings. The venue hosts weddings, birthdays, family occasions, company events, anniversaries, public events, meetings, tastings and more.

Guests can choose from four spaces: the main courtyard accommodates up to 200 people, the smaller courtyard and event barn each hold around 50, and a hotel salon is suited to groups of two to 16. The team provides individual event planning and coordination, drawing on extensive experience and a network of caterers, musicians, DJs, florists, photographers and other event professionals. Catering options can be tailored to different preferences, from regional dishes to vegan menus, buffets and live cooking; drinks include regional wines and beers, coffee and cocktails.

Sternenhof also offers boutique-hotel rooms and an apartment for up to 12 overnight guests, with breakfast and shuttle arrangements available.
