Deroch Estates

DeRoche Estates is an exclusive luxury-home community in Mesa, Arizona, created by the DeRoche family. Conceived in 2018 on a five-acre parcel in North Mesa, the project brings together colonial-style architecture, contemporary features, and a focus on spacious, comfortable living. The family worked with the City of Mesa and local utility departments to develop fully serviced home parcels, with water, sewer, gas, electricity, and internet available.

The community offers custom, single-level homes designed to blend timeless character with modern living. Residences range from approximately 5,500 to 7,800 square feet and feature generous living areas, bedrooms, and additional spaces suited to different needs. The Silverado model includes four bedrooms, an office, a guest casita, and a 1,925-square-foot RV garage; it is marked sold. The Denali model offers five bedrooms, a theatre room, a craft room, a casita, and a 3,100-square-foot RV garage, and is listed as available in 2025. Drawing on experience building custom homes in Gilbert and Queen Creek, the DeRoches emphasize craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and an intimate neighborhood setting.
