DERS

DERS is a Czech software company founded in 1999, with a team of 55 people and development and support based in the Czech Republic. It creates information systems that connect people, data and organizational processes, helping reduce paperwork and give specialists more time for their core work. Its solutions serve organizations in document management, research, sales and education, and social services.

The SIFYBOX platform supports forms, workflow, document generation, budget controls, approvals, signatures and managed document storage. IS Věda brings together research results, projects and knowledge transfer through modules for universities and research organizations. The Electronic Business Centre (EOC) supports online sales, courses, parking, registrations and internal orders. For social services, DERS offers KISSoS tools for regional network management, reporting and public directories; its SOPHOS solution for service providers is in pilot testing.

DERS also develops integrations and reporting, and incorporates AI into selected workflows, with options for customer-hosted, cloud or hybrid operation. Its work emphasizes security, role management, auditability and practical integration with customers’ systems.
