Desbravadores is the Adventist scouting movement in Portugal, presented through the Associação Juventude Adventista. Its programme brings young people together for activities focused on Christian values, service, learning and adventure. The movement’s stated motto is “The love of Christ compels us,” expressed through witness, service and action.

The website introduces age-group sections for Rebentos, Tições, Exploradores, Companheiros and Embaixadores, with information, learning materials and galleries for each. It also provides details about the history, objectives, statutes, council, local groups, frequently asked questions and resources of the Desbravadores organisation. Activities and events featured include the national Camporee, the FIT8 youth projects programme and a Via Ferrata specialty event.

Related Juventude Adventista initiatives include the Psalter, a training school, Abraçar o Mundo, volunteering, youth projects and events. The site shares news and an agenda of upcoming activities, and offers contact information for the association in Lisbon. Through these resources and gatherings, Desbravadores supports participation in an organised Adventist youth community.
