About Designer Milkies
Designer Milkies is the lactation consulting practice of Nalini Dass, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) serving families in Tampa Bay. Nalini offers warm, judgment-free support tailored to each family’s circumstances and breastfeeding goals, whether parents are preparing for possible challenges, seeking reassurance, or facing immediate difficulties. Her services address a wide range of concerns, including latch problems and pain, oral ties, low or abundant milk supply, baby reflux, and navigating elimination diets.
She also provides urgent lactation care for issues such as mastitis, clogged ducts, blebs, and bleeding nipples. Families describe receiving practical suggestions, clear explanations, and encouragement, along with attentive follow-up as their needs change. Support can include help with pumps and pumping, feeding approaches, supplementation, and monitoring a baby’s weight gain.
Designer Milkies emphasizes individualized, inclusive care, recognizing that every feeding journey and family goal is different. The practice aims to help parents make informed choices and find workable solutions throughout their lactation experience
