Designers Only

For Designers Only is a Florida trade-only workroom serving interior designers, architects, builders, and professional project teams on luxury residential projects. Based in Vero Beach, the company has supported the design trade since 1985 and offers custom fabrication, technical planning, and installation coordination across Florida’s luxury markets, with service areas that include Palm Beach, Jupiter, Orlando, Melbourne, and Fort Lauderdale. Its process covers quoting, measurement, fabrication, and installation, with project scope and location guiding how fieldwork is handled.

The workroom creates custom drapery, sheers, lined panels, and tailored Roman shades, as well as selected hard treatments such as shutters, blinds, and hardware coordinated with fabric treatments. It also provides motorized shades, including battery and hardwired options, and supplies Lutron shading systems through its authorized dealership. Additional soft goods include custom pillows, lampshades, and coordinated bedding. For motorized projects, the team supports selection, quoting, and coordination with designers, electricians, and integration teams. Its focus is on craftsmanship, precise detailing, and well-coordinated installations that support designers and their clients.
