About Flare
Almost everyone who comes to Flare says the same thing first: "I want a website." The real question — what that site needs to actually do, for the business and for the people who buy from it — is where the work starts.
Marcos is Brazilian and has lived in Ireland for more than seven years. He started Flare because real UX and design strategy — the kind that helps a business understand its own clients and grow on purpose — is normally priced for companies with bigger budgets. Flare exists to close that gap: real design and strategy work, fairly priced, without the overhead.
The community Flare was built around is already real: over 1,300 Brazilian-owned businesses are trading in Ireland — established, already succeeding at what they do. They just hadn't had access to strategic design thinking in a language and a market they didn't grow up in.
The symbol says it plainly: a + and a ×. The plus is what Flare adds — one specific, missing capability to a business that already works, without replacing what's already there. The × is what comes after: referrals bring the next client, and monthly support keeps the same work producing results instead of ending at handover. Neither half is a single transaction.
