Design Thinking Academy Indonesia

Design Thinking Academy Indonesia, part of The Local Enablers, helps professionals, educators, organizations, and young people build capabilities for positive change. Its work centers on empathy, innovation, agility, and sustainable solutions, delivered through four main offerings: Design Thinking certification, training and consulting, a digital learning hub, and youth empowerment programs.

The academy’s certification program develops design thinking skills through classes for professionals, educators, and public policy audiences. Training and consulting focus on organizational agility and leadership, helping teams respond to change. The Digital Learning Hub provides flexible resources for independent, ongoing learning, while the Young Impact Generator incubates young people as empathetic, impact-focused problem solvers.

Reported results include 227 Indonesian and 28 international certification alumni, and more than 500 change agents reached through the Agility Transformation Academy. Its youth incubation program selected 100 participants from 49 cities and districts across 20 provinces, generating 36 collaborations. Through eMind, the academy has also engaged more than 2,000 webinar participants and distributed 909 learning modules to over 55 Islamic boarding schools.
