Desiree Wellness Coaching provides somatic coaching and Conscious Connected Breathwork for women in St Neots and Cambridgeshire, as well as online across the UK. Led by Desirée, a Conscious Connected Breathwork Practitioner and Somatic Transformational Coach, the practice supports women who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves or ready to make meaningful changes. Its approach combines psychology, coaching and body-based work, with a trauma-informed, body-led focus.
Services include individual Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions for exploring experience beyond constant thinking, and ongoing Somatic Coaching and Breathwork for understanding patterns, reconnecting with personal needs and applying insights in everyday life. Clients can also explore bespoke breathwork experiences and different support packages. A free discovery call offers an opportunity to discuss working together.
Desirée’s background includes a master’s degree in clinical psychology, accreditation with the Association for Coaching, certified breathwork practitioner training and experience in NHS health coaching. The practice aims to help women build self-understanding, trust their own needs and create change at a pace that feels supportive, without suggesting they need to be in crisis to seek support.
