Deskbound Athlete

Deskbound Athlete is a training-software brand creating coach-designed athletic development for people at different stages of life. Its two products are QuietFeet, a youth program for ages 10–18 currently in a pilot season, and Deskbound Athlete for adults who spend much of the day sitting but still take part in sport.

QuietFeet gives families a season-aware plan built around an initial movement assessment and two short, bodyweight-first sessions each week. Sessions develop strength, balance, landing control, and change of direction, with readiness checks, age-appropriate limits, and written criteria for progress. Parents supervise and approve each step up. The pilot currently uses printable session cards, parent guides, and a progress tracker; an app-based plan and tracking features are planned. Hockey is the first sport focus, with other sports planned.

The brand also offers bodyweight team sessions and workout cards for youth coaches, alongside adult training designed for weekend play after a desk-bound week. Deskbound Athlete emphasizes safety, privacy, and practical guidance, with distinct coaching, parent, and youth-friendly instructions for QuietFeet.
