#desprésdelcàncer is a dedicated platform aimed at supporting individuals affected by cancer, including survivors, their families, and caregivers. Its primary goal is to answer the questions that arise after a cancer journey and provide solutions for unmet needs. The initiative offers a comprehensive range of resources, promoting awareness of the physical, emotional, and social changes encountered post-treatment.

Through its "Com estic" section, users can navigate their new reality, while "Em cuido" provides advice on embracing a healthier lifestyle to enhance post-cancer quality of life. The platform also features "M’organitzo," offering practical tools for addressing employment, legal, and financial challenges that may arise after a cancer diagnosis.

Furthermore, #desprésdelcàncer highlights personal stories in the "Comparteixo" section, fostering a sense of community and shared experience. Supported by the Federació Catalana d'Entitats contra el Càncer (FECEC), this initiative aims to celebrate life after cancer and empower individuals through various support services and workshops.
