DETOX

FENIX 2 is a private psychiatric health-care facility in Poland focused on detoxification and support for people experiencing substance dependence. The clinic says it has operated since 1999 and is registered with the Mazovian Voivode. Its paid services are not covered by Poland’s National Health Fund (NFZ).

FENIX 2 offers detoxification for alcohol, illicit drugs, prescription medications, and other psychoactive substances, with admissions for patients under the influence. Treatment includes medical and nursing care, as well as motivational support intended to encourage continued addiction treatment. At patients’ request, the clinic also provides Esperal implantation and subcutaneous opioid-blocker implants. It describes itself as a Polish center for blocker implantation with many years of experience.

The facility provides a social-care service alongside treatment, including twin rooms with private bathrooms that may be used as single rooms. Patients are cared for by a doctor, nurse, and medical attendant; rooms are monitored by video cameras. The clinic states that it has no age restrictions and can issue medical leave certificates on request.
