About Development Bank NG
The Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) is dedicated to assisting Micro, Small, and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria by providing them with access to business funding through partner banks. We understand the financing constraints faced by MSMEs and aim to alleviate them. DBN offers a range of products and services to support these enterprises.
Our offerings include Partial Credit Risk Guarantees, where participating financial institutions can share risk with DBN. We also provide Capacity Building Technical Assistance to both the financial institutions and the ultimate borrowers. For financial institutions with lending operations to MSMEs, we have the Finance to Finance On-lending Scheme.
Additionally, we offer the Long Term Finance Scheme for PFIs, providing support for their long-term lending to MSMEs. DBN has made a significant impact so far, with a total amount disbursed of ₦ 642. 4b and 29 PFIs.
