Development Capital is an Irish development and growth capital fund manager established in 2013 by Andrew Bourg and Sinead Heaney. Our investment structure flexibility allows us to tailor our instruments to the specific needs of the business. We can invest through equity, quasi-equity, or debt. As a minority investor, we typically invest between €2 million and €12 million for a 5-year term, in return for minority stakes in the business.

We collaborate with management teams to help them accelerate their growth strategies, which include organic growth opportunities, production capacity expansion plans, bolt-on acquisitions, management buyouts (MBOs)/management buy-ins (MBIs), and shareholder restructurings.
