Whether members want to enjoy time on the ice or pursue competitive ambitions, DIJC offers a place to take part in the sport in winter and summer.

Based at De Scheg ice rink in Deventer, the club organizes competitions across its disciplines and regularly participates in national and international tournaments. DIJC also provides opportunities for prospective members to learn more about joining or trying a session, and offers club clothing and a curling section. The club highlights the development of notable skaters, including Mark Tuitert, Stefan Groothuis and Jan Smeekens, who began skating there and remained members. Its community includes both young athletes and older skaters, reflecting its broad, inclusive approach to skating.
