De Verloskundig Coach Utrecht, led by Monique, supports women and couples seeking greater calm and confidence during pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Monique combines 27 years of midwifery experience with holistic coaching and lifestyle guidance, considering the whole person: body, feelings, thoughts and environment. Her approach helps clients explore what may be contributing to worry, stress, uncertainty or difficult pregnancy experiences, and reconnect with their own strengths and balance.

Services include tailored coaching programmes for pregnancy-related anxiety and stress, processing a traumatic birth experience, developing a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy, and other individual needs. Courses include one-to-one preparation for birth, Mindful Pregnancy, Birth and Parenthood, and a compact version of that course. Sessions may incorporate body-based therapy, mindfulness and breathing exercises, offering practical techniques for pregnancy and birth as well as parenthood.

The practice aims to help clients feel more connected to their bodies and babies, make choices that suit them, and approach birth with greater trust. Monique offers appointments and further information by phone or email.
