Devon Day Moretti

Devon Day is a fitness and wellness brand led by Devon Moretti, a trauma-informed coach with more than eight years of experience in health and wellness, body image, and energy healing. The brand helps people build a more positive relationship with their bodies and selves through movement, confidence, and personal well-being, challenging toxic body expectations along the way.

Its offerings include Bad Woman Fitness, an online one-on-one fitness and nutrition program for people who want to make movement their own and reconnect with strength and intuition. Other programs include Slut Breath Alchemy and Sex With the Lights On, which focuses on feeling more comfortable in one’s body and in the bedroom. Devon also shares wellness guidance, fitness tips, and reflections on body image and embodiment through the brand’s blog. Visitors can explore client stories, press features, additional resources, and free materials. With an approach that connects fitness with pleasure and self-confidence, Devon Day offers support for people seeking a more personal, empowering path to wellness.
