De Vrije Slag

De Vrije Slag is a swimming club based in Ede, welcoming people of all ages and abilities to enjoy swimming, build fitness and develop at their own pace. The club trains at De Peppel swimming pool from Monday to Friday and offers programmes for young swimmers who have earned their A and B swimming certificates, as well as teenagers, young adults, students and adults. Whether members are beginners, experienced swimmers or simply looking for an enjoyable way to stay active, they can find a place in the club without needing to be competitive or fast.

Training combines swimming technique and fitness with personal development, supported by coaches and instructors.
