HCV de Windbuul'n

H.C.V. de Windbuul’n is a carnival association based in Hengelo, Netherlands, dedicated to bringing the community together through festive events and traditions. Founded on January 1, 1951, it is described as the oldest carnival association in Twente and has celebrated carnival in Hengelo for more than 70 years. The association’s city prince represents Hengelo, while a youth city princess and her adjudant help lead celebrations for younger participants.
