DFink Basketball Training

DFink Basketball Training is a Brooklyn-based player development program welcoming people ages five and up, from beginners to experienced athletes, with all levels of fitness and basketball ability. Its coaching focuses on mastering the fundamentals: finishing, shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and rebounding. Sessions also incorporate hand-eye coordination, flexibility, balance, calisthenics, strength and conditioning, and speed and power development to help participants build well-rounded athletic skills.

The program offers one-on-one training tailored to each player’s needs, group training with opportunities to compete and flexible training styles, and basketball clinics. Participants can train to learn the game, develop skills, prepare for the offseason or preseason, maintain their performance during the season, or improve their fitness through basketball. DFink emphasizes a positive training environment and encourages players to show up, work hard, and listen. Training is available in South Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. Prospective clients can contact the program by call, text, or contact form to discuss their goals.
