DGiNR

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für interdisziplinäre Neurorehabilitation e.V. (DGiNR) is a scientific professional society dedicated to advancing neurorehabilitation through interdisciplinary collaboration. Formed through the merger of the established DGNR and DGNKN, it brings together professionals working in clinical care, research and the organisation of neurorehabilitation. Its focus spans the care pathway, from acute and early rehabilitation to rehabilitation and outpatient follow-up, with an emphasis on quality, knowledge exchange and practical application of research.

DGiNR offers membership, professional education and training, an annual conference, specialist materials, and access to research, guidelines, standards and publications. Its training activities include curricula and workshops designed for interdisciplinary practice. The society also develops transparent quality requirements and provides certification processes intended to make specialised services and standards more visible and comparable. Membership is open to physicians, university graduates engaged in neurorehabilitation research, and healthcare professionals such as therapists, psychologists and nursing staff. Members receive professional information and updates, selected event discounts, and free access to the journal Neurologie & Rehabilitation and other selected materials.
