Down Home Maine Coons is a small, TICA-registered cattery based in Clarksville, Tennessee, specializing in family-raised Maine Coon cats and kittens. The cattery prioritizes health, temperament, and affection, with an emphasis on genetic testing, responsible breeding decisions, and the long-term well-being of its cats. Its Kings and Queens are selected for health, temperament, structure, and breed characteristics, and are registered with TICA.
They come from European bloodlines and reputable breeders who share the cattery’s commitment to health testing. Raised in the family home with daily care and attention, the cats are intended to grow into confident, loving companions that reflect the breed’s gentle nature. Down Home Maine Coons presents its breeding cats, including Ash, a blue smoke male born in Russia, and Willow and Hazel, female cats also born in Russia.
The cattery highlights the Maine Coon’s large stature, distinctive features, playful intelligence, loyalty, and social, affectionate personality. Prospective owners can explore available kittens, review pricing and guarantees, and contact the cattery through its website
