About Diabetes Youth Care
Diabetes Youth Care is a brand dedicated to improving the lives of young people and families affected by diabetes. We offer diabetes education and medical support to empower young individuals, fostering personal growth, knowledge acquisition, and independence. Bridging age differences and cultural barriers, our goal is to provide effective and efficient access to chronic disease management.
Since 2012, our dedicated team has been caring for young people living with diabetes, and we have impacted over 250 individuals. Additionally, we have reached over 12,000 people with our diabetes awareness initiatives. Through our programs like Care4One, The Adora Project, and DYC Ladies, we strive to create a supportive community that encourages sharing, learning, volunteering, and overall well-being.
