Dialed Health is a strength and mobility training brand focused on helping cyclists ride stronger, move better, and improve their overall wellbeing. Founded in 2016 by coach Derek Teel, a former professional downhill mountain bike racer and personal trainer, the company applies cycling experience and fitness expertise to riders’ off-bike training needs. Its approach centers on structured strength and mobility work, including a framework built around “The 7 Effective Movements” and “Super Compensation.”

Dialed Health offers periodized training programs, individual workout sessions, follow-along mobility videos, and one-to-one coaching. Programs are designed for different riding disciplines, training volumes, experience levels, equipment access, and individual needs; options range from workouts requiring no equipment to plans using weights. Single sessions cover mobility, corrective exercise, strength, and pre-ride activation. Training is hosted through TrainingPeaks, allowing riders to organize strength work alongside rides and health metrics on a shared calendar. New customers can complete a program questionnaire to receive guidance from the coaching team on choosing a suitable plan.
