Dialext is a speech analytics service for sales teams, designed to reveal where conversations lose potential deals and revenue. Rather than relying on managers to manually review a small sample of calls, the platform analyzes all recorded calls and supports its findings with quotations and timestamps. Its quality-assurance tools score conversations against criteria configured for a company’s sales script, while coaching features identify each representative’s development areas and track progress. Additional capabilities include deal-probability forecasting, performance trends, structured conversation tagging, transcription, and full-text search. Transcription is available in Russian and English.

Dialext connects with IP telephony systems and CRM platforms including Bitrix24 and amoCRM. The service offers a free tier covering 200 calls per month, alongside paid packages for higher call volumes and expanded analytics. Reporting frequency depends on the plan, with options including daily summaries and weekly individual reviews. Setup is described as taking one business day, and evaluation criteria can be tailored to each customer’s sales process.
