Diamond M Equine

Diamond M Equine is an equine wellness provider based in Helena, Montana, offering Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy to support horses’ health, recovery, and performance. Founded by Maci Reopelle, the business combines decades of experience with a compassionate, individualized approach to care. Its non-invasive treatments are designed to enhance circulation, ease discomfort, reduce inflammation, encourage healing, and improve mobility and muscle relaxation.

Services include full-body PEMF sessions, targeted treatment for sore muscles, joints, and tendons, and performance-focused care before or after events. Diamond M Equine also addresses concerns such as soreness, lameness, stiffness, hock and stifle pain, stress, and anxiety, and promotes preventative care through monthly plans. Sessions are customized for each horse and typically last 30 to 60 minutes; mobile treatments are available in Montana, including Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, and Helena. The company describes its approach as science-backed and drug-free, with PEMF intended to support recovery and overall well-being. Diamond M Equine offers a satisfaction guarantee and encourages owners to contact the team to discuss their horses’ needs.
