Diane J Sept

Diane J. Sept’s Back to Basics Equine Awareness focuses on helping horses and people build relationships that are enjoyable, beneficial, and healthy for everyone involved. The practice is guided by the belief that a successful horse relationship should take account of the horse’s emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Diane describes this holistic awareness as the foundation for logical, progressive steps toward shared goals.

Those goals may include developing a smooth and correct gait, supporting longevity, and encouraging calmness. Rather than presenting these outcomes as isolated targets, the approach connects them to the quality and health of the relationship between horse and person. This makes awareness of the horse an important part of working toward progress.
