About DianJen
DianJen (pronounced Dye-an-Jen) is a dynamic Music Industry Training, Production, and Management Consulting Firm based in Trinidad and Tobago. Established in 2009 as a record label, DianJen was founded by Farley J. Joseph as part of his undergraduate project, aimed at nurturing emerging artists through education and recording opportunities.
The name DianJen honors his mother, Diane, and aunt, Jennifer, symbolizing the profound influence they had on his life. Evolving from its roots, DianJen now serves as a comprehensive training platform for aspiring musicians across the Caribbean. The firm has formed partnerships with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and the Arts in Trinidad, successfully graduating hundreds of students in music business management and technology.
DianJen is recognized as a leading arts education organization, registered with the National Registry of Artists and Cultural Workers in Trinidad and Tobago and an approved International Rockschool Music Examinations and Vocational Centre. Their mission is to empower every Caribbean musician as an entrepreneur while embracing the latest technological trends to enhance their skills and income
