Unser Kernkompetenz liegt in der Entwicklung und der Umsetzung von Softwarelösungen und IT-Projekten für die Sozialbranche. Dabei stehen individuelle Fallmanagement-Lösungen im Fokus unserer Arbeit. Die Diartis Solutions AG ist im Jahr 2022 aus der Diartis AG herausgewachsen. Seit 2024 gehört das Unternehmen Diartis Solutions AG zu der Schweizerischen Post. Diartis Solutions AG gehört zum digitalen Geschäftsbereich der Post, der unter Swiss Post Digital sichere Kommunikationsplattformen und anschlussfähige Softwarelösungen für KMU, Behörden und das Gesundheitswesen anbietet. Seit 2016 ist das schweizerische Unternehmen Diartis AG mit ihrem webbasierten Verlaufs- und Dokumentationssystem TEILHABEnet am deutschen Markt im Bereich der Eingliederungshilfe präsent. Als junges Unternehmen besteht unser Team momentan aus rund 20 MitarbeiterInnen. Kurze und direkte Kommunikationswege innerhalb des Teams, wie auch eine offene und aktive Fehlerkultur prägen unsere Zusammenarbeit. Die gegenseitige Wertschätzung ist einer unserer Kernmerkmale und wird vom Team aktiv gepflegt.
