Dias Úteis

Dias Úteis is a psychology and psychotherapy practice based in Porto, Portugal, offering in-person and online consultations. The practice brings together clinical psychologists and psychotherapists, with services organized around specialist areas of care. Its work includes psychotherapy for adults, support for children and families, couples therapy, sexology, and clinical hypnosis, which is described as a therapeutic tool used within psychotherapy rather than a cure.

The team addresses concerns including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, social phobia, personality disorders, grief, relationship difficulties, and learning challenges. The practice also highlights dedicated support for children and parents, applying cognitive behavioural psychotherapy to their needs. Its clinicians aim to match clients with a therapist whose experience and specialist focus fit their situation.

José Armindo, a psychologist and psychotherapist since 2001, describes professional experience across a range of client groups and life stages. Dias Úteis provides information about its services, prices, frequently asked questions, testimonials, and appointment arrangements.
