Opleidingscentrum DIBO is a driving and professional training centre serving Coevorden, Emmen and the surrounding area. With more than 65 years of experience, it helps learners develop the skills and confidence to travel and work safely. DIBO offers driving instruction for cars, motorcycles, mopeds, trucks, buses, tractors, trailers and other vehicle categories, alongside taxi and boating licence training. Learners can also prepare with a driving simulator and book practical sessions with experienced instructors.

Beyond driving licences, DIBO provides logistics and workplace safety courses, including forklift, reach-truck, vehicle-mounted crane, VCA and first-aid training. Its safety programmes include skid-control courses, motorcycling skills training, caravan instruction and activities for businesses. For professional drivers, the centre offers Code 95 continuing education, with subjects such as ADR certification, load securing, defensive and economical driving, tachographs, communication and driver wellbeing. Training is practical and designed to bring theory, hands-on learning and continuing education together. DIBO operates its own skid-control track in Emmen and emphasises personal attention, flexibility and learning by doing.
