DICTUM FACTUM

DICTUM FACTUM is an independent property search agent representing buyers seeking residential property on the French Riviera and across France. The firm provides exclusive, bespoke support throughout the acquisition process, from defining a buyer’s objectives and preparing a clear brief to researching the market, assessing opportunities, negotiating and coordinating completion. Rather than promoting a fixed portfolio, DICTUM FACTUM searches public listings and draws on professional relationships and discreet channels to identify relevant properties, including opportunities not widely advertised.

Its services are suited to private buyers seeking homes such as apartments, penthouses, villas, town houses, estates, vineyards, equestrian properties, castles or land, for holiday, primary residence, family or mixed use. Clients receive a tailored shortlist and guidance to help evaluate suitability and value, with the aim of making decisions efficiently and confidently. DICTUM FACTUM also works alongside clients’ trusted advisers, including lawyers, notaries, banks, family offices and wealth managers.

Engagement is formalised through an exclusive buyer representation agreement, and remuneration is success-based, payable upon completion
