Die Hörstube is an owner-operated hearing care business and master workshop located in the Saar Galerie in Saarburg, Germany. Its team provides personal, pressure-free advice, starting with a free hearing consultation and hearing test to understand each customer’s needs. The shop offers hearing systems from multiple manufacturers, with opportunities to compare devices in store and try them in everyday listening scenarios through its Parcours of Hearing.
Its Natural Fitting approach adjusts hearing systems according to each person’s listening preferences, with follow-up appointments and refinements as needed. Services also include custom hearing protection, ear moulds, hearing system maintenance, audiotherapy and ICP hearing systems. The Hörstube supports customers throughout selection, fitting and real-world testing, using personal feedback alongside objective measurements to help evaluate speech understanding.
Its Klangfinder experience helps customers identify the sound qualities they prefer. The business also provides information about hearing systems and manufacturers, answers common questions, and offers appointments for consultations and fittings
