Die Kompotterie is a small, independent food maker based at historic Burg Kallmuth in Germany’s Eifel region. Founded in 2015, the brand creates and hand-cooks plant-based specialties in small batches, focusing on carefully selected ingredients, authentic flavors, and restrained use of sugar. Its range includes innovative citrus curds, chutneys, relishes, ketchup, savory vegetable seasoning pastes, fruit spreads and jellies, fruit roasters, and almond and nut creams.

Flavors combine familiar ingredients in distinctive ways, such as lemon with white almond, calamansi with blood orange, sour cherry with chocolate, or plum with tonka. Products are available through the online shop and selected specialty retailers, mainly in the Cologne and Eifel areas, with some availability elsewhere.
