Legion der Freunde is a German-language community website for players of The Lord of the Rings Online, centered on its guild, or “Sippe,” and organized group activities. The site helps members and visitors explore raid content, join scheduled events, and find practical resources for progressing from questing to raid play. Its extensive knowledge section includes guides to raids, instances, missions, skirmishes, festivals, quests, and other game activities, alongside class and specialization advice for roles such as Captain, Champion, Beorning, Burglar, Minstrel, Rune-keeper, Hunter, Lore-master, Guardian, and Brawler.

Players can also find recommended plugins, combat-analysis tools, buff-bar resources, and information about items and databases. A calendar lists upcoming group runs, including Temple of Utug-Bûr, while dedicated pages describe the guild’s leadership, application process, raid groups, and ongoing projects. Registration and login support member participation.

Overall, Legion der Freunde serves as both a community hub and an organized reference library, bringing together event coordination, raid planning, and gameplay guidance for German-speaking Lord of the Rings Online players
