Diefei

Diefei is a China-based cosmetics manufacturer providing OEM and ODM services to beauty brands since 1996. The company develops and produces makeup and skincare, offering private-label solutions that can be tailored to a client’s requirements. Its portfolio includes face products such as foundation, cushion, concealer, blush and highlighter; eye products including eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner; lip products such as lipstick, balm and tint; and skincare items including makeup remover, facial cream, serum and sunscreen.

Diefei supports product development with an international R&D team and an in-house formula database. Clients can customize formulas, shades, textures, packaging, labels and product bundles, including options for specific skin types or niche markets. The company operates a 65,000-square-meter facility with two production sites and 50 production lines, and reports capacity of up to 1.8 million units daily. Its quality program includes testing of raw materials and finished products, alongside ISO and GMPC standards. Diefei also operates the Laiyuan third-party testing laboratory and serves partners in 95 countries.
