Die kleine Traumfabrik

Die kleine Traumfabrik is a sleep-consulting and parent-coaching practice in Saarland, Germany, led by sleep consultant and parent coach Mareike Schultz. It supports parents seeking more rest and a better understanding of their child, with individual solutions designed to strengthen the parent-child bond and consider the wellbeing of the whole family. Its approach is described as empathetic, thoughtful, attachment-oriented and practical for everyday family life.

Services include individual sleep and case analysis, sleep coaching, and preventive guidance for parents of babies under four months to help prevent sleep difficulties. The “The Baby Is Coming!” package helps expectant parents prepare for important topics and gain an overview before their baby arrives. The practice also explains what sleep consulting involves, how consultations proceed and who may benefit from them.

Client accounts describe support with challenges such as frequent night waking and difficulties falling or staying asleep. Parents note that small changes to daily routines and their own responses helped improve sleep, while the coaching offered reassurance and practical guidance.
