Evangelische Stadtmission Freiburg e.V.

Die Oltmanns is a service provider of the Evangelical City Mission Freiburg, offering practical support for homes, households and commercial properties in Freiburg. Guided by social, humanitarian and sustainable values, the organisation brings related services together in one coordinated package, aiming to make challenging transitions and clear-outs more manageable.

Its services include household clearances and decluttering, with customers’ belongings carefully reviewed, as well as organised moving support from start to finish. The team also restores and preserves furniture, carries out dismantling work to prepare properties for tradespeople, and undertakes painting, wallpapering, varnishing and minor repairs. End-of-tenancy and other deep cleaning is available, including for heavily soiled spaces and locations with particular hygiene needs.

The Oltmanns also accepts donations of furniture, clothing and household goods. Items are connected with reuse through its flea markets and warehouse sales, which offer visitors a community-oriented place to browse. The warehouse sale is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with extended hours until 6 p.m. on Wednesdays.
