Paartherapie Katrin Stichler

DiePaarzeit is Katrin Stichler’s relationship counselling and couples therapy practice in Buchholz, serving couples in the Hamburg area and offering sessions online. Its work focuses on helping partners communicate more openly, understand recurring relationship patterns and find constructive ways forward. Couples can seek support with conflict, distance, changing needs, relationship crises or the challenges of separation, as well as use counselling for a relationship check-up and continued growth.

Services include couples therapy, individual sessions for one partner, and a tailored PaarZeit weekend designed to give couples dedicated time away from everyday demands. The weekend combines several sessions with breaks for reflection, and can be adapted to individual needs and schedules. The practice welcomes couples at different stages, from those starting a relationship to long-term partners seeking renewed connection. The process begins with an introductory conversation, followed by agreement on priorities and next steps. Through calm, active conversations, DiePaarzeit aims to support de-escalation, mutual understanding and a more appreciative encounter between partners.
